We don't have very many, and they haven't been written by an expensive lawyer, but it helps everyone if we all know where we stand.

Lastclick is not your travel agent! When you book your holiday through one of our call centre partners, it is important to check with them if they have any terms and conditions associated with the product that you are booking. Make sure you understand if your holiday is bonded (you may have heard of ABTA and ATOL) when you book ask. Also check with the online travel agents as you may find that some of their holidays are bonded and some are not. You will always be able to tell from your documentation (invoice), as the law requires this.

Links to external sites are just that, we do not warranty, guarantee or offer any representation for the links that we have made, we choose who we feature on the site based on our own judgement. If you think we have got it wrong and you wish to have a link removed, telling us why, we are always interested in hearing what visitors to this site think and that is the only way we know to make it better, we are listening!

Book for Less...

The arrangement that we have with our call centre partners is to give a minimum of £10 off a like for like holiday, subject to availability. We know they can do this because we don't charge them the marketing costs they would have otherwise had to spend and they don't have to fend telephone calls from people who are just checking the market.

To be able to offer this discount, you the customer need to help us!

We cannot afford to spend lots of money on pay per click or other advertising, so you need to tell your friends, feature us on your blog, link to us wherever you can, and if you are a member of the media, tell your readers, listeners and viewers about what we are doing!

Our call centre partners are offering this discount because we have told them that you won't waste their time and they won't waste yours. So please do not call, if you are still making your mind up, haven't got the cash together, need to speak to your family or are just plain not ready to book yet!

If the deal you have found online is not available to book over the telephone as it has limited availability or is an exclusive offer, our call centre will tell it to you straight and quick. They have been asked to offer you a comparable choice cheaper, and you can choose whether you book online with your first choice or take their offer.
